
WHAT YOU NEED
wet:
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin purée
1 spotty banana (mashed)
1 t vanilla
1/3 cup agave
1/3 cup melted coconut oil

dry:
1 1/3 cup oat flour
1 cup almond flour
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
2 t baking powder
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t ginger
1/4 t nutmeg
3/4 cup chocolate chips (more for topping!)
HOW TO MAKE
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a bread pan with parchment paper.
Add all of your wet ingredients into a bowl and whisk together until smooth.
Into a large bowl mix together your dry ingredients and add your wet into the dry and fold until combined.
Fold in your chocolate chips, transfer into the parchment lined pan and top with more chocolate chips bake for about an hour and let fully cool before cutting, it will be moist!
