    Chia Pudding

December 1, 2021 by Taisha Bell

The most reliable breakfast option out there in my opinion is chia pudding or soaked oats. You can prep before you go to bed or right when you wake up. The best part about chia pudding is the endless topping combinations you can use. You can also add 1 T cacao powder to make a chocolate variation!
