
Coffee rub:
2 T ground coffee
1 T garlic powder
1 t paprika
1 t onion powder
1 t salt
1 T + 1 t dried rosemary
2 t turbinado sugar

HOW TO MAKE
Blend the ingredients for the coffee rub for about 1 minute. Store in a container for future use.
Prepare your cauliflower, cutting into bite sized pieces. Massage with coconut oil and season with your coffee rub ~2-3 T of the seasoning and tamari, toss to combine. Transfer to a a baking pan lined with parchment paper or a Silpat mat. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until crisp and tender.
Whisk the sauce ingredients together. Once the tofu is done cooking cut into squares or triangles, and transfer to a skillet. Heat together with the sauce until warm.
