    Cookie Dough Protein Bites

    WHAT YOU NEED
    wet:⁣
    1/4 cup agave⁣
    1/4 cup almond butter⁣
    1/4 cup milk⁣
    1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled⁣
    ⁣
    dry:⁣
    1 cup almond flour, +1 T at a time if needed⁣
    1/3 cup oat flour ⁣
    1/4 cup + 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
    Dash salt⁣
    ⁣
    snickerdoodle sugar:⁣
    1 T sugar of choice⁣
    1 t cinnamon⁣
    ⁣
    cacao sauce:⁣
    2 T melted coconut oil⁣
    2 T cacao powder⁣
    *I would suggest covering the whole ball in sauce, not just a drizzle*⁣
    ⁣
    HOW TO MAKE
    Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk agave, almond butter, and milk in a separate bowl. Whisking in coconut oil last. Fold in dry ingredients. ⁣
    ⁣
    Depending on the consistency of your almond butter and protein you use you may need to add more almond flour to thicken up the dough. Start with 1 T at a time.⁣
    ⁣
    The dough should resemble a thick cookie dough that you can roll into a ball in your hands!⁣
    ⁣
    Roll a heaping 1 T of batter in your hands and coat with whichever topping you desire. Place on a plate in the fridge to cool and harden a bit. I then transferred mine to a stasher bag to keep fresh. Store in the fridge.
