WHAT YOU NEED
wet:
1/4 cup agave
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
dry:
1 cup almond flour, +1 T at a time if needed
1/3 cup oat flour
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
Dash salt
snickerdoodle sugar:
1 T sugar of choice
1 t cinnamon
cacao sauce:
2 T melted coconut oil
2 T cacao powder
*I would suggest covering the whole ball in sauce, not just a drizzle*
HOW TO MAKE
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk agave, almond butter, and milk in a separate bowl. Whisking in coconut oil last. Fold in dry ingredients.
Depending on the consistency of your almond butter and protein you use you may need to add more almond flour to thicken up the dough. Start with 1 T at a time.
The dough should resemble a thick cookie dough that you can roll into a ball in your hands!
Roll a heaping 1 T of batter in your hands and coat with whichever topping you desire. Place on a plate in the fridge to cool and harden a bit. I then transferred mine to a stasher bag to keep fresh. Store in the fridge.
