8 oz dark chocolate chips
1-2 tsp coconut oil, this helps keep the chocolate smooth
3/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
1 tsp coconut oil
3 tbsp maple syrup
about 20 mini baking liners
HOW TO MAKE
Combine chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl. Microwave in increments of 30 seconds stirring until everything is evenly melted.Add peanut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup into a bowl. Microwave for 20-30 seconds. mix together. It will become a little thick.
Scoop about 1/2 tsp of melted chocolate to bottom of liners. Just enough to coat the bottom. Form about 1 tbsp of peanut butter mixture into little patties and squish into the liner. The chocolate should come up the sides. Drizzle more chocolate on top to coat. Repeat the process until everything is used. If you are more of a chocolate person you can add more chocolate of course! I like mine mostly filled with peanut butter.
Store in the fridge!
