WHAT YOU NEED
wet:
1/4 cup coconut oil ,melted and cooled
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 c + 2 T maple syrup, or agave/honey
1 t vanilla
dry:
1/4 c chocolate protein powder
1/4 c cacao powder
2 cups oats
1 T coconut flour
HOW TO MAKE
Combine dry ingredients and mix to combine.
In a separate bowl whisk almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Whisk in coconut oil to almond butter mixture. Fold in dry ingredients.
Roll into 1-2 T balls and place on a parchment paper lined container. Top with sea salt (optional). Refrigerate for an hour before eating. Keep in the fridge to store.
